Overview
This was my mission statement from February of 2023 and sadly my plight and my mission remains the same.
A bi-weekly submission of tracks of a first-hand account of bullying used as a tactic by an employer and the dangerous alliances that they have as protectors from the truth. This details conspiracy to harm. This will be about targeting, workplace mobbing, bullying, and the scary tactics that are used in addition to Gaslighting to deter an employee from exposing in a civil suit the hush hush power and influence that an airline has to destroy the credibility of a former employee who is/was a Pro-Se Litigator and now in 2024 the former employee trying to move forward and obtain and keep employment in a city where this former employer is king. You will learn of the power the largest company in a state has in their home town and how other companies and Govt agencies work together at the detriment of an employee seeking to exercise their constitutional right to address discrimination, workplace harassment and post -employment retaliation and backlisting. I am literally bracing for their next tactic against me.
This series will hopefully show that their needs to be
Protections in place for non-government employee Whistleblowers.
- Pro-Se clinics set up in every state.
- Protections for non-interference with an employee’s chosen Mental Health Providers.
- A need for the return of employee ran EAP programs.
- A creation of specific laws to prevent WORKPLACE BULLYING.
- A Bill for Business Travelers rights that encompass a right to a hotel guests’ privacy and access to any complaints or reports that a hotel provides to their employers.
This series will expose the dark-side of a highly regarded company and the lengths that they will go to protect their image and culture of covert racism. It will show how other companies will fall in line to keep a contract even if it means aiding with destroying a person both mentally and financially.
